Friday, 26 MAR 2021: The Infamous P & Q Example

In 1992 I discovered the work of the late Dr. Eli Goldratt. He was the father of the Theory of Constraints (TOC). His landmark book with co-author Jeff Cox, The Goal is a best-seller in numerous countries and required reading in most MBA programs around the world. To help people understand his version of “uncommon sense” he created this example, the P&Q Example, to explain why businesses loose so much money. Tune in.

P.S. In 2013 my startup LeanStartPad created iOS apps and what better application than the P&Q? It is no longer available. Should it be?

Today’s episode is “something new” as we say… it is a two-fer! This monolog will be simulcast [Audio only] on Clubhouse as well as Spreaker, our Podcast platform. How cool is that?!

Thursday, March 25, 2021: Five Years From Today…

Wednesday, 24MAR2021 aka Day 083
What could you accomplish “In 90 Days” if you knew you couldn’t fail?

  1. We talked about Tracking the elapsed day [like today is #083 of 090]
  2. As SKI loves to joke, “I don’t get out of bed in the morning without a Lean Canvas to guide my efforts!” Shortcut to FREE tool: Lean Canvas
  3. Shared an amazing iPad app called GoodNotes [worth every penny then some!]
